What a great car wash. I get my truck washed there regularly. Great price for an exterior wash and dry. They also vacuum the inside for you. You always have the options for an upgraded wash service and detail service for your interior. The staff is always friendly and the wash service is fast.

I originally came in on a "half-price Tuesday" and paid $42 for a car wash. When we got home the whole back half of my Ford Escape had not been touched by the people drying off the car. It was still as dirty as when we drove on the property. My husband cleaned it. We were so disappointed with the service. So a couple of months later, we decided to give Octopus another chance, hoping that what had happened was just an accidental overlook. When I mentioned the poor service to the cashier, another employee (who that day was working on a car detail and happened to be standing there) started berating us. We were not asking for a refund or even a discount on the current service. We just wanted to let someone know of the bad car wash. The young lady had dark hair and wore it back in a pony tail. At the end of her yelling at us (telling us they no longer wipe down the doors), she stormed off outside. And low and behold, the young man currently wiping down our car was doing all the things the young lady said Octopus no longer did. Because of this young woman, we will never bring a vehicle to your company and now I can fully see why this company has such poor reviews.

Went to Octopus Car Wash @ N Thornydale Rd location and paid to get an Ultimate Wash Package during low peak period hoping they will do a better job since there’s only 4 cars on the premise at that point in time but was left very disappointed at the cleaning service. I only decided to write this review after personally re-cleaning most of my car and only took the attached photos of those dirty areas which I haven’t clean yet. Just wanted to share my experience even though I decided to give Octopus Car Wash a try after reading the poor reviews since it’s along the way to Costco. I should have believe the the poor review ratings.

I will not be using octopus car wash ever again! I paid $163 for “the works” inside outside, vacuuming, seat cleaning etc. I picked up my car that night after they had closed so I didn’t get to see the inside until the next morning. This is what it looked like when I took it in. They only vacuumed and cleaned the carpets. It doesn’t even look like they tried!! Very disappointed! They are always pretty busy so I have them the benefit of the doubt. This is awe full. I ended up cleaning the interior myself. I and going to keep going to MISTER CARWASH! And I suggest that you all do the same!
