I just had my wheels repaired from scratches, spent over $500. So i go thru the car wash and where the wheel hits the railing to go thru the car wash, this is the damage I received. You say there is a plastic cover on the railing to protect the wheels from this. Not true! There is a plastics cover on the railing, however it still damaged my wheel!

Last 3 times I went I had issues with the quality of the wash. The brush never touched the hood of my truck. It left a wide band of water spots across the hood. NOT HAPPY. It used to be good. Not any more!!!!!!!
