Just called to inquire about a gift certificate. I mentioned that my brother goes there every week to buy steaks and meat and chats with the owner. I mentioned that I heard he is from Wisconsin and that’s where I am calling from. I asked if I could purchase a gift card and if they could mail it out to me, to my brother, or hold it until he comes in; I have a credit card ready to purchase. She said No we don’t do that . I said that’s too bad and hung up. I guess I will go call Ugly Steaks 😡

I was able to find some game meat. Decided to get me a pheasant for my birthday. And the sandwiches are wonderful. And they are very friendly and very kind help a handicap person. Had a wonderful experience there. I'm going to be going back again. I highly recommend this place.

First time visit, and let me tell you, the meat selection is out of this world. They have any meat you need, camel, alligator, kangaroo, traditional burgers and gourmet brats. Deli makes any sandwich you want. And they will tell you the best way to cook what ever meat you are looking for. I will definitely be coming here for all my BBQ food, this place beats your local supermarket!
