Cassandra was very friendly as she helped me find an item today. Then the lady who checked me out was smiley. She did the extra walk around the register just to help me put bags in my cart. That was so sweet. I know all this sounds minuscule, but it’s not! It was an extra effort they didn’t need to do, but wanted to do, just because they are genuine. I’m sorry I can’t remember the check out lady’s name. Then another lady, as I was rolling out, just said “have a great day!” With a huge smile! These simple kind gestures are what really stick out and make any experiences more enjoyable. Thank you Albertsons.
