A 1 star review is too high for this pathetic store! Bobbie the front end manager is so rude and disrespectful to customers. Out of stocks are throughout the store. Never can get carts where they should be to shop. You have to find your cart in the parking lot. Bobbie threatened to call the cops on me because I was asking for her to fulfill my order on the lottery machine. It jammed yet the front end manager can’t do anything to help me, incompetence is not an excuse for not doing something. Do not shop at this horrible store. They need to get friendlier people that actually care about their customers. Need to get rid of the associates/managers that don’t know how to handle customer service.

Told it's a Kroger company. Like all major chains it seems to be a one-stop shopping venue. Although I can't verify if prices are competitive here (just visiting).

I rated 1 star because staff accusing people who sits at the Starbucks for few hours stealing there products. I would say people who sits at the Starbucks are relaxing because I go there. It is illegal to accuse those people who are just sitting enjoying themselves. Don’t accuse when it’s not true if they are taking your products not paying then why don’t you stop them. Don’t make up stories to make staff look good. It is illegal to accuse customers when they are not really stealing things it is against the law. Kind a stupid don’t you think

This store has no concept of what customer service is all about. Go to the deli area and they stand there for 10 minutes and they still don't acknowledge you're there. They continue doing whatever it is that they're doing which must be more important than selling products and taking care of customers.I have had several encounters with employees there, including the pharmacy area that have been rude crude and downright nasty. Employee stocking on the floor are too busy on their phones with personal phone calls then to move out of your way or help you. The store is actually dirty they seem to never clean their bathrooms. I have seen employees walk out of the bathroom without washing their hands. I have complained to the store manager several times but it seems to not make a difference. Needless to say I have moved my business to Bashas Albertsons or Walmart, anywhere but there.
