John, with his easy going personality, was great to work with. He came up with a creative solution for my broken ring and did a beautiful job fixing and polishing my other two rings. His price for watch batteries is on par with other places. Sheffield jewelers charged me double for a watch battery. I will not return there... I highly recommend this shop.

Exceptional, quality, fast service. I’m so happy to have found such a skilled watchmaker locally. They will have much more business from me! They fixed my watch (keyless works misaligned) and pressure tested (waterproof test) which could only be done by a skilled professional. See you guys again soon!

They were super nice and fast; took 10-15 minutes to replace my destroyed iPhone 6 screen, and it's as good as new. I bought a screen protector from them and they put it on for me (since applying sticky things properly is not my strong suit). And when I came back to tell them my front camera's pictures were hazy after they'd fixed the screen, they took my phone apart and cleaned off the excess glue that was interfering with the lens for free. Overall very kind and efficient; definitely the place to go.
