Arrived at the store at approximately 9:10 a.m. this morning with a large box. A younger man was working behind the counter, about 15 ft from the front door and the store was empty. As I struggled to get the large heavy box through the door the employee offered me no help. When I asked why he didn't at least offer to get the door he said "I didn't see you." He then asked me if I wanted help lifting the box (60+ lbs and 3'x2'x1.5') onto the scale but then proceeded to do it himself commenting "this isn't that heavy." I let him know that the situation is what I would call a "customer service miss." He didn't seem too concerned about it.

I went in to get a title opened by the notary. When I arrived the notary/manager was occupied with a large job for another customer on the printer. There was a younger gentleman with tattoos trying to help the manager but all the manager did was degrade him OPENLY with a store full of customers. She would ask him a question and because the answer wasn't yes or no she would interrupt him, and then belittle him. I didn't get involved until it came time for me to leave to get my daughter from school. So I asked how much longer it would be after waiting for over 20 minutes and another worker informed me he didn't know. She then proceeded to yell at the employee about me from with other customers there. She shouted that she couldn't help me and I would have to wait or come back. I asked the gentleman behind the counter who the manager was and before I could get my question out, the notary/manager interrupted me to say she was. That's when I informed her that she shouldn't be talking to her employees the way she was. I informed her she would not be interrupting me in the fashion she did everyone else and that she had no business talking to her employees like they were meaningless. This "manager" is so wildly inappropriate with her staff and customers I am honestly baffled that she is in leadership at all. She needs to be reminded that people are in fact human and deserve the right to speak. Just because she became frustrated with the printer and didn't understand why did not give her the right to talk to her employee as if he didn't matter or to speak to me like I was the one being a nuisance. I hope she will be made aware of her role and how to better service customers and how to treat her employees with at least an ounce of respect.

Dropped a package off on Monday afternoon for UPS it is now Friday and the package tracking hasn’t changed. The guy assumed it was for Amazon I let him know it was not for Amazon return but UPS. The package was going to California. I called to find out why my package was still showing dropped off but not moved and was told by the store manager to,”check the tracking tomorrow”. It has been 4 days and it hasn’t changed

Reliable, fast service and helpful staff. I ship UPS Ground from this store often, and enjoy the quick and friendly service. Today, I needed notary help for an I-9 form. Cynthia went above and beyond to complete the task, including paper and electronic forms. The store was busy, and yet she was patient and professional. Thank you!

They do, but banks do it for free.
It is easier to call a ups store with the zip code, dimensions of box or item, and general weight. From there they can get you the price you need.
