Overly exceeded my expectations. They took what was given to me. Which was a first generation Xbox One. Basically we built the insides of it cleaned it all up and replaced the parts that spin the disc and read it. He even helped me with the uploading of games as I am technologically challenged and this is my very first Xbox. In no way shape or form that I feel ignorant as I am to technology. He was very helpful and patient with me and I'm Gravely appreciate that. He appears to be a man of his word! Which for me is a very important aspect to someone's personality. If he says he's going to do something he's going to do it and he does it a very fair price.
