Took my male dog in for a neuter. They were so kind and nice to him. Did a great job. And he’s healing very well. Used the spay and neuter solutions voucher. They were very thorough in explaining things and he left happy.

Everyone at Pet Doctor has been very personal and took good care of our pets. Prices are good here and the quality of care is better than what you are paying for. Usually not too crowded so you don't need to worry about too many animals at once.

I have never received such unprofessional service in my life. Understanding they are a busy clinic not answering the phone is normal, but blatantly ignoring someone calling 10+ times to get a live person is unheard of and call avoidance. They write everything on paper and nothing is saved on their computers. They had my 12 year old Yorkie down as a Newfoundland and age 7 years. Asking them to update your phone number and address is useless because after asking more than twice, they never did. On top of relaying my pets medical information to someone I did not authorize, they had the audacity to never return a phone call with my pet's medical results or offer a solution, let alone an apology. They called to tell me a prescription was ready but could not tell me what for. The "Doctor" was too busy to call me and explain, along with the manager. I would never recommend this vet to anyone. If I could give ZERO stars I would, but Google does not allow. After reading the previous reviews before mine I see that the establishment asks you to call them to speak about your issue. How are any of us supposed to call you if you never answer your phone?! *update - got through after 18 calls back to back and was told "sorry about that, doctor will call you when she can"*

I called in when they opened up because my pups we’re not feeling good. I explained the situation and was able to get them in that day. They set the appointment and I was running a little late and they reached out to make sure I was still coming in. Once I arrived they called me back into the back room where they checked me in. Super helpful because handling two dogs in a waiting room is sometimes a lot so it was nice to be there to go over what was going on. Dr. Garner was super friendly and helpful. Explained what was going on and gave treatment options. Went over pricing with me and gave alternatives in case something wasn’t in my budget. The treatment was affordable and quick. They made sure to take care of me and my pups with care and allowed for payment while in the room instead of making me pay in the waiting room while holding my dogs on the lease. Which can sometimes be hard. HIGHLY Recommend!! They were great all around.

Hopefully it has not been a long time. You can try cleaning out her litter box very well & putting in newspapers for her to go on. Then you should be able to wring out or aspirate with a syringe
