B and C flooring referred Paul Stefansky to install flooring and stairs in my home. The floor was fine. The stairs were pitiful and a nightmare. He made so many mistakes. He would fix what was pointed out to him and then make the same mistake over again. He also had to install baseboard molding in my hallway after installing the floor. He painted the molding on paper instead of a saw horse and after he was done, the molding stuck to the paper and then had to sandpaper it off. He doesn’t measure anything so when a stair tread was installed, it was too short and did not meet the wall. It then had to be ripped out. That happened 3 times. All this was typical plus many other mistakes. I then went to B and C flooring with pictures to show them the disaster and mistakes. I eventually had to have someone else come in and fix. Do not hire!!!

Recently had a carpet job done by B & C Floor Store. Carol and Brett the owners are great to do business with. Carol was very welcoming and knowledgeable when we visited the store. Brett followed up in a timely manner with a visit and reasonable quote on the job and the gentleman who came and installed the carpet (i forget his name) was very friendly, skilled and efficient!. We will definitely contract B & C Floor in the future and highly recommend them.

I've known Carol & Brett for more than 5 years, and found them incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. They provided the tile for my fireplace and backsplash which I love (first time I've done this) and they're certainly the ones I'll call when it's time to replace some carpeting with wood.
