They helped me quickly get back on my feet and into an apartment. It's been a year and they STILL check on me to see if I need anything. My car manager, Vicki was and still is AMAZING! Thanks Crossroads got all that you do!

They need Program Development and better Funding, if they truly want to make a difference. My experience .. Honestly in my humble opinion the facility is run too much like a jail or prison.

Rules need to be enforced more there.they also need camros in the men's room. There are too many people drinking alcohol in that place.

I lived here for 9 months and this place was so organized they fed me so well. However you must respect or you will get kicked out it is a luxury to have a place like this for homelessness. So having a grateful heart is the best attitude you can possibly show here. It is a nonprofit organization and all of the people's that work here, especially Dan Mitchell, their heart is really in this program

Yes as long as you have a drs proof that it's not recreational use
Once you start getting back on your feet, they will find a reason to kick you out!!!!!
It is not a medical shelter. Everyone has to be able to care for self
Yes, at the time I had just moved back here from Florida. Problem is there's a wait for a bed. Normally you would call or go in and have them add you to the list and then call every day till one comes available. It's not usually a long wait, the weather is warm now and more people are sleeping outside so there shouldn't be an issue getting in there. Good luck to you and I work at Strafford CAP should you need any help navigating housing give us a call.
Unfortunately no unless you are a family and have children going to the shelter with you.
They don't even take service animals Diane Gilmore please don't give false information.
Usually they try to keep families together
Must have a physical baby to be considered a "family" otherwise they will consider you a single resident until circumstances chang
If your homeless with absolutely no address how can I get an ID? It's impossible
Yes I believe so!
