Disappointing indeed...offered no help in finding the phone I wanted..I believe due to it not being the model most popular and bringing them the best profit. Arrogance is never a good sales pitch.

Knowledgeable staff who helped me choose the right phone plan. John helped me with my initial visit selecting the plan and a phone. I felt he presented all of the options fairly. I had issues and questions with a couple products I bought from them. Ben helped solve all of them and make everything right.

This store used to be the best one around. Hannah was one of the most helpful sales associates I’ve ever dealt with. The last couple times I’ve gone there, the new sales people are helpful in the same way it would have been helpful to give Anne Frank a set of drums for her birthday. Inattentive sales staff who give single word answers that offer zero solutions while staring blankly out the storefront windows make me want to buy those drums.
