Terrible. I been going for years and when came in one week with shorts they said no donation because of dress code to save lives. And so I went in today, and had pants that covered my legs and long sleeve shirt they said no, because you're wearing pajamas.. can't donate... so no saving lives because of dress code. Didn't know I was in school with a dress code. I thought you needed my plasma not a certain way to dress. Wow. Never coming again. This isn't my first incident with them. They find reasons to not let you donate when it is busy. This place should be shut down. Terrible service, bad care, no support or understanding.

Great positive workers every time. The facility is clean and the employees always open needles and any sterile equipment in front of you. The screener Michelle is awesome every time, and I can’t remember her name. But she has beautiful blue hair, she is awesome as well. Never any pain when she sets me up for my draws.

I have been donating plasma for a month now. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Today Melinda even showed me about the iGive program. The only issue I have is the time it can take to get back. Sometimes they will take back 20 people in 30 minutes and other times it take 30 minutes for 4-5 people.

Just drink lots of water and eat good the night before
It depends on how much you weigh but these are the two that can be 17 -45. Or 22-50 you can just go twice a week.
Why are you writing a review in the questions section? And is the "examiner" bad or were you just unfit to donate? Are you sure you're not feeling victimized by policies which were designed to keep you and everyone else safe? As a tip for everyone who may read this, avoid running to the door and/or smoking just prior to screening. These things are likely to make you fail the screening portion.
If it's still a CSL should be fine.
6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. 630 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sat and 6 a.m. to 7 p.m on Sunday
I just did it a few months ago. They make you watch the videos over, do the physical, do the screening & then your walked back. Also the payments for first 5 are $60, $50, $50, $50, & $60. Good luck!
