I don’t know why this places is rated so high. I drove out of my way to come here due to the google reviews and was charged 40 bucks for a horrible regulation on my automatic watch (a service most watchmaker provide for free or $20 at the most). The watch still loses 20 seconds a day, pretty much the same as when I dropped it off. To top it off, he needed to have my watch for over a day to get this done, in the past watchmakers have done this on the spot for me. This “watch expert” definitely has no clue what he’s doing and just makes money swapping out batteries on quartz watches. What a laughable joke of a watch shop this is, AVOID.

Great repair and service from Henry and his staff. I drove across town to this shop after failing to find anyone willing to adjust a slow running automatic Seiko watch I had purchased used. One well known shop told me that repairs can't be done in the US, and another told me to send it to New Jersey for a 275$ service. Henry asked a few questions, told me that he'd be happy to take a look at the watch and had it running +/-3 seconds per day in no time. He kept the watch several days to make sure the adjustment was correct, the timekeeping was accurate, and charged a very reasonable price ($60.00). He also adjusted two watch bands for me, replaced a battery on a different watch and taught me how to use the chronograph features. I highly recommend this business. Honest, fair price and very professional.

We are new to the Tucson area and needed a new battery in my wife's favorite watch. I found Henry's business online and read the reviews. I decided to stop in as every review was positive. (I see why now) Immediately upon entering, Henry let me know he would be right up to help, which he was. He explained the cost of the battery, (which was extremely reasonable) the two year warranty that it held and the fact he would mark the battery with the replacement date, so if it went out before two years I could bring it back in without needing the receipt to have it replaced. He had the battery in and the watch set to the correct time within three minutes. As I checked out, he chatted with me about our recent move to the area and welcomed us to Tucson. I highly recommend you use Tucson Watch and Jewelry Repair if you are in need of these services. Thanks so much Henry for your great customer care.

Henry at Tucson Watch & Jewelry Repair is really great. I took a quartz Tissot in for a battery replacement and he was able to get it done in just a few minutes while we were having a conversation about the other watch I brought in. I had tried to get some mods from Namoki Mods installed on my Seiko SKX011J at another store in town and they ended up not being that helpful. Henry was able to install the mods at a reasonable price in just two days. Excellent service and nice people. Go here if you're in Tucson and looking for someone to install Seiko mods!

Hi, We don’t buy anything here, just fix stuff. But thanks for your inquiry.
Hi Warren, Yes that is something we can help you with. Hopefully it’s just a bad back case gasket. That would range around $10 If it’s the crown or tube area, I would estimate in the $80 range. I’ll be happy to check it out for you, bring it by anytime. Thanks for your inquiry
Hi Judy, Yes, we do work on Rolex watches. What is happening with your watch?
