BHI, a highly rated Florida Door MFG referred me to Haven Building Products to purchase a double door entry system. Whomever answered the phone in their inside sales area was rather "short" and "rude" in their response saying they wouldn't sell me the door as it is their decision to not do a "cash" sale and went on to say that they currently only sell to people with an established account. In my 56 years on this planet, I've never experienced an authorized reseller turn down an order when the customer comes to them prepared with the part numbers and cash money. Business must be REALLY good these days for Haven. It won't be for long with more and more people having interactions like the one I just had.

This place is the local distributor for the building products I want to purchase but they refuse to sell to me. They mentioned something about COVID that sounded like a ridiculous excuse. Don't waste your time here.
