Beware!!! Don’t place your love one here! As an employee, this is by far the worst facility I have ever worked . I wanted to report them to the health inspector about this roach infested place. It might look clean ,but don’t let that fool you.Patients were deprived of basic hygiene care supplies such as wash cloth , towels soap and skin cream. Paper towels were used instead. You complain, but no one listened or cared All these things were lacking and many more . I felt so bad for the patients. I wish I could give them a zero! Management was inept! It was really bad I had to quit!!! They did not care !! I heard that nothing changed after 3 years!!

I was a patient in Spring Lake for 95 days. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They took good care of me and went out of their way to help brighten my spirit through a very tough time. I am a post operative cancer patient with little or no nerve response below the waste on my left side. Picture if you can a 69 year old with no left side siatic function, no pelvic floor nerve function, a urine bypass, a colostomy, repeated incision infection from sacrum and abdominal surgeries. Yeah ... Special needs doesn't begin to describe me ... And the folks at Spring Lake saw me through it all. If ever I have to go to a nursing home Spring Lake is where I'd want to go.

The nurses, CNA's and techs work so hard taking care of the patients. you can tell they really care about the people they're taking care of. before Covid-19 I use to talk with different patients and many that could talk or wanted to loved their care takers and the had nothing bad to say about their stay. many of the nurse/ CNA's and tech work long and stressful hours . they do their best to give the best care possible.

My mother-in-law has been a patient at Spring Lake Rehab many times over the years. As of late, she has been there more frequently due to her age and multiple falls. The staff is very attentive, caring and professional. The place is clean and well run. I feel it is safe and have piece of mind that they take of her like one of their own family members. Elsa has called me in the past when things were not address at her ALS and has kept me informed. Keisha along with others have taken great care of her. If you need a place for your love one to rehab in Polk County this is a great choice!

Yes we have 2 aquatic therapy pools. The goal is to promote flexibility and strength and ultimately return you to better function. The unique elements of warm water allow you to comfortably move and strengthen. Using water instead of weights and taking pressure off joints will give outcomes only achieved with hydro-therapy. Our certified aquatic team use two pools with under-water video and treadmills that help you practice and perfect walking and balance capabilities.
