1st off we do NOT have enough bagel shops in the Tucson area …… that being said I am forced to go to this location unless I want to drive an extra 15 minutes. The young man that helped me had a dirty mask on 🤢 I ordered 4 bagel 2 plain with plain cream cheese toasted and 2 sandwiches toasted. When I got home 1 sandwich was correct and 1 of my cream cheese bagels was not toasted. The place was dirty and I was very disappointed. I will be getting store bought bagels from now on and making them at home. Times are hard and businesses need us to support them but in return they need to have a presentable staff and a presentable location.

Fantastic bagels with friendly service. Green chili bagel was spot on..but boo no Thai chicken sandwich, still worth a stop.

Bruggers Bagels is the best! I love a good salt bagel with jalapeno cream cheese! The staff here are always happy and helpful. My server was the happiest pregnant woman I have ever dealt with. Thanks. I'll be back soon!!

It was last week

at the Oro Valley shop on La Canada, I used to get a baker's dozen of plain bagels on any Wednesday, but this morning, I only got 12, which I discovered when I got home. Is some other day the baker's dozen day?

No, they were short one for inhouse and stole it from you. Panera Bread in Oro stole 4 slices out of my loaf too and didnt know until I got home. I called and they told me they ran short on inhouse because they only bake 3 loaves and I bought 2 and they were too lazy to bake more. Check your order before you leave the store
