contact number forwards calls to the automated customer support line, which does not help. i need to get my new construction address sorted and have no way of getting in touch with them other than to go there in person. very inefficient.

Incompetent drivers & horrible customer service. This location/service is awful if you can ship using literally anywhere else I urge you to do so. They didn't deliver package on time due to weather delays (its sunny and clear out). After getting through a purposefully awful automated menu, I was told I couldn't get the package even if I came and got it myself because its "sitting loaded on a truck ready to go". Apparently its been on a truck for 3 days not having left the lot.

Fast service and unlike my local UPS store as a drop off, once they scan it in they know they have & it's not just in limbo as a label created but UPS waiting for it. If you have an important shipment, bring it directly here. It's worth the (possibly) longer ride.

I believe the 22 is only the midnight and preload shifts. My understanding is Day and Twilight shifts are getting 18.50. Plus you should get a 125 bonus a week, if you work everyday.

799 Jefferson Rd. When you first drive in, you will see customer parking. Don't park there. Make the left turn before the customer parking lot. You will see the employee parking lot. If you can find a spot you are lucky...it is peak season. Once you've parked, walk towards the building...you will see a guard shack. That's where you need to show your UPS ID. Tell the security guard that you don't have ID because it's your first day and you are here for orientation. Someone will be there to show you where to go.
