Friendly staff, although for as large a place as this is, I feel like maybe a couple more people on hand to help customers might be useful. Otherwise, a neat place PACKED full of treasures. Tough for me to make time on lunch break to get down there, but will hopefully make another visit soon!

I really like this place. Has something for a collector of any type. Every time I go in I walk out with something that interests me. My only complaint is that the checkout process is incredibly antiquated (no pun intended) and frustratingly slow. I’ve been there with a line to the back of the store and there was zero situational awareness at the front counter nor sense of urgency to serve customers any faster. Luckily I was in line before it got long but if I was at the back I probably would’ve just told them they can keep their stuff and left. Even a short line (like 4 people long) took 10-15 minutes today. Checkout process is the only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating.

It makes me sad to leave this review because I’ve always like this place so much. I bought a couple items about a week ago and let the clerk know I wouldn’t be able to come pick it up for a week or more because I was going out of town and the items would not fit in my car. She said no problem. I got a call inquiring when I’d be coming a week later, totally understandable, I called to let them know I’d be there over the weekend to get the furniture. The response I got was incredibly rude, the woman on the phone talked to me like I was trying to screw them over in some way. I just don’t understand, I purchased the items already, and if there was an issue with waiting to pick up the items, they should have told me that when I purchased it. I asked her what the problem was and she just ignored my question and asked over and over when I would come up. Truly some of the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Maybe because it’s a consignment ship they don’t personally care about customer service, I’m not sure. I plan to pick up my items and never go back. I hope whoever i spoke to me on the phone gets to go on a vacation or something soon, she sounds like she could use it.

Wow, what a cool place. The outside is a bit deceiving…it’s much larger than it appears! Found some really stellar deals…20, 40, and 50% off treasures! Must stop if visiting the Old Pueblo
