One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had the displeasure of taking part in. Lilith, the cashier, was extraordinarily rude to the customers and had taken on an animosity that needlessly should not be present in the service industry. Her interactions with customers clearly demonstrated she was attempting to leverage her power status over her shoppers that attempted to fulfill what I can only imagine is a depraved void in her life. An absolute embarrassment to the Blanchards brand and I cannot more emphatically recommend people no longer continue to support this establishment while she is employed.

It's really near to my home and usually I prefer to go to this store often . But not from today ! Maybe staff is friendly , except one girl at the cashier. First she didn't say hi , however I said Merry Christmas, she didn't response , after all I told her you have a great night , she still NOT answer ! What's the hell Jesus? They are not respectful to the customer and don't care about the quality of service ! Even the quality of the services means more than a products which they sell ! Weird !

This is my go to for alcohol. Brookline doesn't really have many liquor stores (I only know of 3 in the entire town), and this is the best of all the options. It's not a great store like you'll find in a suburb (Waltham, Framingham, Woburn, etc) but its pretty good. Prices are reasonable, not spectacular, but you're not gonna find spectacular prices for alcohol I'm the area
