I bought my MacBook Air from the Computer Loft because they are a small outfit, not in a mall, not loud and noisy and not full of tourists. The employees are smart and honest. They just repaired my laptop, reminded me that I was still within the Apple insurance policy for repairs which I had purchased and they did not charge for labor or for checking out malware concerns. They team is great and I encourage ya'll to avoid the huge noisy crowded stores and to support these guys. They are fast, nice and they call with updates as well.

Good People. I can't thank them enough for saving my bacon. They didn't charge me for my small hardware issue which they diagnosed and were able to fix quickly on the spot. I could tell from my time spent in the store they are honest, knowledgable and there to help. Its a nice space with friendly employees. They do repairs in house so you don't have to ship out your computer.

Sorry, just poor service and way too expensive. I brought my computer here, and they initially said the damage was only for my screen, so the cost wasn't too bad for the fix. They later emailed me saying the damage spread to the rest of the computer and the fix would be another $1000 (more than double the original price). I responded to the email saying that the price should be acceptable and that they could move on with the repair thinking I would at least get my computer back soon. After about a week of no reply, I thought my laptop should be fixed, so I emailed to check on the repair. Then, I learned that they didn't see my email and didn't even start on the repair. I told them that I needed it ASAP and expected some form of a discount for the poor service. Craig said the computer should be fixed soon but didn't mention my request for a discount. I thought to bring up the discount I asked for when I picked up my computer. When I got there, Craig was on vacation, and they could not give me any form of a discount. They said Craig would call me after his vacation. By the time I left, I was exhausted with communication between Craig and the team at the computer loft that I just let it all slide and didn't answer their call a few days to a week after I picked up my computer. I'm just going to leave a bad review and let them keep my money. They deserve it.

I love this store!!!! They are professional and efficient!!! They help me diagnose my Mac in half an hour and did not charge me anything. My Mac is losing power secretly due to Bluetooth earphones. They helped me wake my Mac up and teach me how to do next!!!! They are the best!!!!!!!!!!!
