Unfortunately, like all the other part-time employer's in the area, this store was understaffed & untrained with employees. Long lines that didn't need to be long if employees knew how to do simple tasks such as blow up balloons (messing up one of the larger ones & when asked by an knowledgeable employee if it was ruined or not, she said, "um, maybe? Like 50% maybe? Like it's 50/50% it's ruined???" Holding up the regular line!
