Great experience! Came up from MV to grab two bikes for the kids. The staff was helpful, and accommodating, answering all my questions and making recommendations. With all the options and bike stores out there, The Bicycle Link is one of the best. Will return.

Great service! I was looking for a Cannondale Quick last year. Unfortunately, at the time it was out of stock. They said when it comes they will reach out to me. It was a long time so I totally forgot about it. They call me back after 5-6 months reaching out that they have it in the store. It's very nice to know how they care for their customers.

I went to the store to by a bike rack to mount bikes to my car. The employee took the time to help me pick the right product and show me how to install it onto my vehicle. He really took the time and care to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service.

My bike was toward the end of its life. Instead of telling me to throw it in the trash and buy a new one, Mark the head mechanic worked with me to make the most of my bike, which still had a good frame, good brakes, and good wheels. He replaced the shifters, the crank, the chain, and the cassette. Now it goes to 11. I'm thrilled with my bike as it rides like new. His work routing the cables is a thing of beauty. I used to ride a ton and in the past did events like the Mt. Washington Hill Climb, the B2B, Pan Mass, Ride for the Roses, and the Tour de France Challenge. I don't know all of the recent technology that goes into bikes but have a good understanding of the fundamentals. For about one third the cost of a new bike, Mark did a great job making my old bike as good as new. I'm grateful for his attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ultregra 11 speed is sublime.

We get $8.5 - 10 for most tubes. Tires ranch from $25 - up depending on tire. If we are doing the work we get $15 per wheel if whole bike or $ 8 if you just have the wheel
Yes, you can.
They offer repairs, even if bike not purchased from them. That being said, they were unable to remove a part (that needed to be replaced) on my bike, but I was able to remove it - without specialized tools. :/
