They charged me over $16 for an item they had marked at like $10.19 or .51 or something like that. When I told the cashier the price was wrong, they pulled the item and tag to the register. When they saw it was their bad, they said they wouldn't sell it for the price it was displayed at. 100 count black 8 in cable ties like this pack of green ones that they hadn't pulled the tag yet.

While standing in line a veteran asked the cashier if they gave veterans discount the girl replied no we don't. By that time she had finished with my purchase and asked me if I wanted to donate my money to Ukrainian. I said if it was for the veterans or the homeless I would do that. The veteran standing next to me said that's what America does gives to other countries. Personally I think Ace hardware should have gave him a discount on his purchase for being a veteran. Personally I thanked him for his service

I hate to have leave a bad review, ACE is usually great. However I was in around noon time today and was looking for a resin Adirondack chair. They had one on display and I stopped an employee and asked if they had more. He said, no that's all there is. I then asked how much it was (It was not marked) He said, I don't know off the top of my head and walked away. So ok then, I just left. To be fair, it's hard to get help let alone good help these days. I always considered Ace a step above when it comes to service. I didn't experience that today.

Such a knowledgeable friendly staff. I was greeted immediately entering the store. I’ve taken many pictures to show the many uncommon items that they carry in this location. Someone from the staff approached me and asked if They could help me find something. Which in my book is unheard of these days. I’ve spent twenty minutes or more looking for someone to help me in other big box stores. The location is very convenient. The return policy is stated you can return items at any location. You are entered in to the computer as to which makes everything go smoothly for returns. They also have delivery for those interested. Thank you for the great service you offer, well done.
