THE worst customer service ever. Arrived 6:30 am to be first in line. At 7:00 am went into the store and the rep told me that it could take from 1.5 to 2 hours to take the nail off my tire. “There are two cars before yours that we did not finish yesterday….” I understand that, but his attitude and ZERO empathy was unacceptable. Went to Warner and Lindsay and Mike made feel appreciated and gave me A plus customer service!!

Prior to having the coolant system serviced I never experienced a leak in the reservoir tank for over 6 years. When the system was serviced with new hoses and everything and I was told that everything was fine, the reservoir started leaking. I took it to the closest Big O Tires I was near and was told the reservoir had a crack in it. They repaired it and charged me over $300 for the repairs. I think the Big O on McKellips was at fault in causing the crack. I would like this researched.

I took my car in for service and there was a unique problem. I talked to Jeff, the manager, and he fixed it right away. I was impressed that he acted responsible and wanted to keep me for a customer. Also, if you have to wait while they fix your car, they have a large waiting room. They have vinyl chairs and a TV, and room to work if you need to. The bathroom was clean which is unusual for an auto repair shop. I would recommend this shop due to the clean waiting environment and the great customer service. Thanks Jeff.

The tech was rude when we checked in. Asked if we had been there before. We responded that we had used Big O. His response: it's a yes or no question. Wow. Not really the customer service type I guess. He was rude to a person on the phone as well. The only reason we went ahead with the purchase is that we had a tire that had shredded and really needed another one. Will not return.
