Dealing with Royal Jewelers and owners Paula and Steven over the years has been an absolute pleasure. Not only are they professional but they take pride in finding you the perfect piece of jewelery for any occasion every time. That is why when I decided I wanted to find the perfect engagement ring for my soon to be wife Royal Jewelers was my only choice. Paula listened to my request, patiently walked me through my choices and then presented me with the most stunning ring I had ever seen. It was as if she knew the whole time what I was looking for but allowed me the time to make the perfect choice myself. I couldn't be happier and my fiance is thrilled. Paula went above and beyond and she is a special person that cares about her clients. I would recommend her to anyone ten times over and know she'll work as hard for you as she did for me.

What an outstanding experience with Royal Jewelers! I have been shopping for a specific Grand Seiko model and was referred to Gil at Royal. After really taking the time to listen, Gil was able to source the exact watch I was looking for and we completed an easy and fair transaction on Wednesday. The next day, here in Phoenix the watch was at my door and I am wearing it today to celebrate watching the Masters in November! I give Royal and Gil highest marks and look forward to returning for more. Highest recommendation!
