Great place for a casual gathering. Large side yard for the kids to burn off some energy. Cozy atmosphere allows for good conversation. Large fireplace adds to the rustic feel. They had a horse drawn carriage to add to the magic.

we are interested in having a shower here. what is the cost of rental, do you have kitchen facilities and refrigeration, also bathroom facilities, can you have a bbq grill on the premises

I believe it is around $400. But I think you need to be a member of Phillip's academy. I went there for a birthday party for a friend. But this is what I'm told.
