It's an OK laundromat but not the best! The area around it is nice during the day! Wish you could pay with a card and not just coins and maybe hire an attendant But they got new machines but fewer machines now than before!

This place used to be really nice, sadly, this is not the case anymore. I have had to deal with homeless persons who are unstable harrassing customers, trash everywhere, water flooding from the machines and making it unsafe, and more recently a customer washing her own laundry attempting to steal some of my articles of clothing. This is something that I cannot abide by so I will be taking my service elsewhere.

I like coming to this coin laundry area in Federal Way. It is close to my home and other establishments. They make an effort to keep the area clean and comfortable. There is a Change Machine, Laundry Bag Dispenser, Candy/Soda Dispenser and Soap Center. If you are supporting locally owned businesses, you are supporting their careers and families who utilize their services.
