I went to this gym to meet a friend (a member), I am not a member. Just a quick lunch workout. When we enter the empty gym, we asked if we can work out and she said only members. Ok, that's fine... but I'm not a member, so I asked about day passes. The lady said no, we don't offer day passes. Only full memberships. Sounds strange. I asked her straight, would you prefer that we go to my gym (another big chain) instead of paying her to use her facility. The answer was yes. So we left an empty gym to go to a gym that allows us to pay extra for guests. (Fun Fact, my membership allows for free guests at the another big chain) No negative interaction, arguing or struggle. Just a simple conversation. Owner - if you are reading this. I would really look at your policies and see how this negatively effects your NOI. You had a member, bring a friend... and by friend I mean a POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, and you refused them service. I could maybe understand if the gym was packed, but the lady working there was the only other person there. I then came online to look at the reviews and realized, that this gym owner will fail and soon be replaced by someone who knows what they are doing. I hope you learn some business 101 before you lose your gym.

Great gym. Small but has everything needed. Usually not too busy and owner doesn't make us wear mask which is the reason I joined. Thanks

The facilities are just fine, if a little cramped. They do not enforce the mask mandate at all. The employee walks around the place without any mask at all. Luckily, it's usually very empty so you can keep your distance from her or the other patrons.
