Today I had a late lunch at Jeff's Texas Style BBQ, and tried the smoked turkey and three bones (pork ribs). It was my first time trying the turkey which was very moist, tender and tasty. The ribs were as they always have been for me, fall off the bone tender, meaty, smokey and just great. The folks here are always friendly and chatty. Today was a bad day after lunch, I became a stalker in their parking lot in front of the store. The dang rental car decided it wanted to give up the ghost, and the crew kept checking on me up, until they closed. They offered me dessert, and water, I took them up on the water, should have taken them up on banana pudding too! These are really nice people, that or they thought I was BBQ banditπ€ , waiting to russel off with the leftovers... but they closed early, so there was nothing to loot, cause they sold out. More than a few people and cars came to the door, only to see sorry closed. π© Got to enjoy the rest of my lunch, so the day wasn't a total loss. π

We REALLY enjoyed our meals. The brisket, Turkey and all the sides were delicious. The SWEET TEA is the BEST weβve had since leaving the south. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain their menu options. This is a MUST have for anyone looking for BBQ.

They showed up in my FB newsfeed last week and I went to check them out today! Put green chili and porks tacos on anything and thatβs not going to be a hard sell for me. I lived in San Antonio for a couple of years and this place took me right back. The tacos were kind of amazing π€© a lot of cheese for my personal taste but great nonetheless! I had a sausage, bbq sauce and white bread on the way outβ¦HOLY MOLY! Iβve GOT TO head back for some brisket lean and check out their sides. I hear they sell out so going early too SHEEEESHHH πππ

RAVE: Jeff's Texas style BBQ in Marysville Legit killer eats. We FINALLY made it here, after Jeff posted a call for support (even really good restaurants are struggling). Arrived to a line outside, good sign for a BBQ joint. Splurged and got a little of everything they had left (out of prime rib/sausage/ribs). Turkey sandwich, some pulled pork enchiladas, a lb of brisket, and a 'Big Tray' with pulled pork n 2 sides. Sides: - Brisket baked beans are awesome. Just the right balance of heat n sweet. -Brisket chili is right on spicy, not too hot to scare the normal person I think. Mains: - Brisket is exceptionally tender and tasty. - Pulled pork was the same. Neither come 'sauced' so I did get some of the house original to try. - The enchilada (pulled pork Verde) was nicely balanced (we heated here at home, it was grab n go). My Awesome Wife got the turkey sandwich. She passed a small piece of the smoked turkey for me to try. Moist and savory. Definitely worth checking out.

They usually close after they sell out. So because they are so good they sell out frequently. The only other solution is for them to get bigger so they can make more and stay open longer.
