Over priced. Has no customer service to speak of. No club house, pool, exercise room or spa. All those things you'd expect at an over 55 gated community.

Rent adjustments go up every year. Average 20 to 30 dollars per year.. It is a quiet park and being gated it is fairly safe.

No, but there is a rental fee for the lot. $900 for single lot, $1200 for double lot
