Salem Green is a very well maintained manufactured home park. Streets are always clean and you don't see garbage piled up or a bunch of abandoned vehicles.

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE, The manager is a b**** she harrasses her renters, my mom just sold her place to get away from Gloria Higdon, if you make Gloria upset she will stop at nothing to make your life miserable, I never lived there and she evicted me from my mom's place, again I never lived there yet she took me to court to evict me, since I don't live there never got paperwork, so didn't go to court, that screws up my perfect rental history, I am in process of seeking legal action

Ray...the rent has NEVER been even close to 800.00. Aren't you glad you moved away..
Gloria is no longer our park manager (thank goodness). The new managers are awesome & the park looks beautiful. Our rent here at Salem Greene is a lot lower then a lot of the parks in the area. Aren't you glad Mr. King that you moved. Hope you found happiness in your life. Salem Greene Estates is a great place to retire to now!
