we have lived here for 6 years and the pool and amenities . now for 2 years we have had nothing... simple remodel , 2 years and they are maybe 70 percent done, but no ones have the answer. i was told it had nothing to do with me and my property . lol........ two stars at this time...

Nice,clean 55+ community. My Grandparents have lived here for 15 yrs. My Grandfather gives it his recommendation, which has always been enough for me and he has yet to be wrong. Hope this helps.

Not affiliated with the park but rent is about 720 a month. I know that the park has a few vacant lots atm. I recommend speaking with the Sundial main office for more accurate replies. Good luck, b
