Comfortable realtor. My personal experience with Katie was she made me feel safe. And I would place that as a number one rule when you’re purchasing a house. She gave me advice by looking at homes below my max amount so I’d have room to negotiate. She walked me through all the paper work in great detail. Katie got back to me as soon as she could, she was all about us. She carefully poured over the data she was handed about the homes, she was honest when she gave us her opinion about a house and if it was worth it. She never tried to pressure us into buying a home. Katie also helped me through out my VA loans as they are a bit different and need different regulations, but she was very knowledgeable looked at all the materials of the house to see what our lender would approve and what they wouldn’t. Above all Katie was an amazing asset to have and I would ask her for help again in the future. 10/10

Katie is professional, punctual, and goes out of her way to make you know your time matters. Can’t tell you how refreshing that is. She made it clear how much my business mattered to her, and she went the extra mile over and over again to make sure I ended up in the best situation for me. Highly recommend!!

Katie helped sell our current home and get us into a new home. She worked tirelessly for us. We, at times, could be demanding because our search area was all of Marion County and not just one city! She never complained and went out of her way to make it work on our schedule! I know she works that hard for all her clients. She is one of the good ones!

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.

If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
