With this review I do have to say that normally I have good experiences at this place. However the last five times or so that I've went there for my business's needs I have had issues every single time. I do go there a lot for my company needs. This time was a issue like most was with one of the employees that I later found out was supposedly an assistant manager going all sideways out of his mouth about me when I was trying to explain a situation where I was told one thing and something else happened. When I returned the disrespect he couldn't handle it and tried to refuse me service. However I guess higher ups or other people decided to proceed with the transaction and it went through without a hitch. I do not blame the company cuz like I said most of the time I do have good experiences there. I do however blame this one person because it seems he's the same one that when there's issues its with him. So unfortunately I believe that my company's business, all my jobs and people I refer somewhere for material will be looking for another supplier. I will not say don't use them but I would not recommend them either my feelings are neutral but I'm looking for better customer service. Just my last experiences is all I'm sharing with everyone. Update: after a month or two of not going there finding another supplier I go back to give them another shot and things really haven't changed. The staff is a little bit friendlier but that's about it.

I have been buying all my landscaping supplies for homes I renovate from Wingate Supply for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the service is quick. Prices are great and they have so many things it makes it easy to get everything needed for landscapes of all sizes and complexity.

Whoever the Spanish lady is that picks up the phone need to know how to properly answer. I call and she just says hello. Lady you need to introduce yourself or the company to make sure i got the right place. I placed an order for white rocks. It was suppose to get the delivered wed but I i had to reschedule for the following week. Then the next week came and I called and they said they can't deliver the rocks because it turned colore from being next to red rocks. Makes no sense. Why would you even put it near each other. When asked when can i expect the new rocks. They say they don't know
