Fiasco at this location. Assistant manager claims my bank card was declined and my bank card was APPROVED. He held my items behind the counter and I had to call the Santa Ana Police TWO TIMES AND THEY WERE A NO SHOW. I LEFT WITHOUT MY ITEMS EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR THEM. I have been a goodwill customer for decades. Bye!!!!!!!! Their special needs employees shouldnt be allowed anywhere near the register. And they shouldnt be given any "management" titles to begin with. Wrote to corporate with proof of my bank account being charged and will call my bank to reverse the charge. This was absolutely NOT FUN.

Very nice Goodwill. All of the sections of clothing and goods are clearly marked and all of the aisles and shelves are clean and organized. They have an electric socket available in the electronics section so that you can plug in items (such as toasters, blenders, music equipment, etc) to make sure the items actually work. I picked up an $80+ Breville toaster in nearly brand new condition and several items of clothing. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. I absolutely recommend this location.

This Goodwill is a bit full of clothes. They have a selection of movies and video games too. They have all your basic needs as far as lithes and home furniture. I have found a number of cheap things that have been useful around the house. This one is a bit less clean, but the service is good.
