Our washer went out and the delivery date was pushed back so we were in need of doing a lot of laundry. We arrived at 7 which is the cut off time to start new loads. Michelle assisted us with how the machines worked ie. capacity, rate, temp settings. We were out by 8 which is closing time. Convenient card loading. Extremely clean. Warm in there with dryers running and it being Arizona so dress in light clothing and sit under a fan if you can. Thanks again Michelle for excellent customer service.

3 stars for stellar service from the attendants. They're super friendly and helpful. However.. the prices are just a tad too high, and getting ever higher. The high tech washers and paystation are not worth the very high amount you pay to get your laundry done here compared to other laundrymats and some of the washers here are a bit too stingy with the water. I watched damp clothes tumble around several times at this place. Also, avoid the middle row of washers.. they stink of sewage. Lower the prices slightly, and take care of the obvious plumbing issues and this place is easily the best in Apache junction and I will give it 5 stars.

Staff David is the best and I follow him to where he works 🙂 he is always helpful and I will come to do my laundry here since they are with the times. Everything is high tech for doing payment and purchase.

They do not honor quotes.On 3/15/2022 I stopped in to inquire about washing my pet beds. I spoke to a older gentleman ( David) and I asked if they wash them. He said yes and quoted me the price for large pillows $15 each. So the cost would be $30. Today I bring my pet beds in to drop off. I am told "we don't do pet beds." I explained that I was given a quote for $30 to drop off. The two women working refused to take my drop off and supposedly called the manager. What a waste of time !!! Don't promise things you can't or won't deliver!!!! Update: No worries I found Pamper Your Hamper. They are reasonable and pick up at your door step and drop off. Daniel couldn't have been any more pleasant and professional 😊
