My technician was very nice. I didn't get her name but she took good care of me. A suggestion. You need someone at your front counter greeting your customers that speaks better English. I wanted more information about what all they did and it made it difficult to understand.

My appointment was at 2pm, got there at 1:54pm. Waited for 15 minutes to be put in a chair to only have tips glued on and cut to the wrong size, then had to wait for an hour because the lady wanted to go to the lady's toes that walked in after me. I asked for short almond nails with clear top coat over the acrylic, which should have been $40. I ended up paying $50 for short almond nails that are light pink, the man put pink claiming that's my bodies natural clear. To top it off as I'm paying a different man that works there and is in the middle of doing someone's nails, asks me to use my phone so he can call his mom to complain. Never going back. Horrible service.

The person who gave me a pedicure did a very good job and I tipped accordingly. However, I was concerned about the overall cleanliness of the salon. The nail stations had accumulations of nail dust, the plastic dividers were dirty and everything looked dingy. If personnel took time at the end of there shift to clean, I would definitely come back. I hope they read this review because the location is convenient. I will go back in a few weeks to see if anything has changed. Thank you.

I have been to this nail salon twice 1/06 and 9/24 and I have had bad experiences, but I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I don’t want to hurt a small business if it’s a fluke. Both times I have received nails that I didn’t like, it has taken me 1 1/2 - 2 hours in the salon. Today I was seated at 4:25 and didn’t get out of the salon until 6:05, I asked for black dip nails and some glitter. My problems with my manicure: my hands don’t match. My right hand has far less glitter and shorter nails. My left hand has ALOT more glitter and the nails are longer. The tech was nice but was bending my fingers to discomfort, like careful you might dislocate my fingers. The bottom of my nails weren’t smoothed. My cuticles have nail police on them and parts of my fingers have nail polish on them and there is parts of my nails where there isn’t actually nail polish. And he scrapped my skin with the nail file so my skin on my fingers is irritated.
