LOVE this store! Great selection, and if they don't have what you want, they'll order for you. You CANNOT beat the service and the prices are very competitive - even with Amazon! Small, local, family-owned business, they have great sales and a rewards club, and it's probably the friendliest store I've ever shopped in. Don't buy from Amazon - they have enough money. Don't shop for scrubs ANYWHERE but ProMed. You absolutely will not regret it! ♡

Super awesome place and even better people! It was my first time buying scrubs and I was overwhelmed. Chandra recognized the lost look on my face and walked me through the process and helped me order custom order 2 pairs (I'm over 6 ft tall). I couldn't be more satisfied!

Unfortunately, my opinion did a 180 in the last few days... Our employer is switching the color of scrubs we are required to wear. They are paying for 2 sets of these particular scrubs. Great...BUT our employer is contracted with a different scrub store. As we all know, ordering online WITHOUT trying on something is most of the time, nerve racking SO we went to try them on at ProMed Apparel. Many of us have spent HUNDREDS of dollars at ProMed Apparel (Within the past year!) and thought since we've done business before there shouldn't be a problem. (Not that there should be one either way. Every time you go into let's say, Target, to intentionally purchase a planned item...do you purchase all the items you tried on?) I personally have not had a bad experience with this establishment, HOWEVER, a few, as in at least THREE coworker's were refused service because they didn't intend to purchase anything at the time of their visit. Who says they won't come back and purchase other items needed in the future? Maybe not scrubs but shoes, accessories, etc. I feel like no one should have been turned down for wanting to try something on...poor judgment on ProMed Apparel's part. They've definitely lost at least 4 people's business.

We've been using ProMed for about 9 months now and have been very impressed with the service to our students. Chandra has gone above and beyond to get us special sizes, fits, and styles. She does great embroidery work in house and gets us our scrubs quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
