A very good sleeper museum you find east of Benson AZ in the Dragoons Mts( Texas caynon I-10). Very fine art. Very well displayed Native American artifacts and a honest look at our Apache tribes of United State and many other tribes. Admission is reasonable and lots to look at. Plan some time Her. Pets are not allowed in museum.

One of the best hidden gem museums in arizona and also produces superb original research on Native American anthropology and archaeology. I highly recommend the short trip from Tucson.

I arrived shortly after opening and pretty much had the place to myself except for the nice ladies who were staffing the front desk and the gift shop. It's an amazing collection of art and artifacts. The only real complaint as others have noted is they could use a better policy about allowing some snapshot photos.

Best Native American museum and art gallery. Nice picnic grounds. The gift shop has wonderful jewelry, books, gifts, music and children's books too.

To the park and picnic areas, no. To the museum and historical display buildings, yes. Don't recall the price, but that should be posted on their site. Definitely a nice day-trip.
Not on property for sure...there are a couple places within 15-20 minutes of the Amerind. There is Walmart in Benson just west of the Museum and a full on RV Park on the north side of Tombstone... 😉
As well as a museum of the indigenous people os the southwest there is an adjacent art museum.
If you go now in June, it's hot outside and the indoors things are not 3 year old exciting.
Not at all. Bring a lunch, spend the day , so much to see, hike and play in rocks. Awesome special place.
