This is an amazing place. A trip back in time with clean cozy accommodations and excellent service from the bar and restaurant staff. Super easy check in. The only negative I can think of is that I found the coffee kind of weak but I'm kind of a freak. Looking forward to going back!

Very cool place to visit!! But don't plan on getting a good night's sleep because the sleeping quarters are highly being short-changed as far as comfort in the beds are concerned!!

Super fun experience. My family of 6 stayed in two trailers for one night. It was clean, such a neat idea, and I would definitely recommend it for a one night stay. The folks who run the place were very polite and organized too.

This is our second time at the Shady Dell. We love the concept and it is so fun! However, we just arrived at “The Mansion” to find that it does not have a shower. Yes—you heard me. No shower. There is nothing in the description of the trailer that informs the guest of this so they can decide if they would like to sponge off in the tiny sink. It says “small bathroom “. So I called the front desk and we talked about it. They quickly offered me an alternative room and we switched out with no problems. We appreciated that very much. So just a heads up to check this before you rent a room and it would also be great if the Dell would disclose this information on the room descriptions.
