1st time here, omg its hot AF inside, the cashier is sweating, omg. The place is dirty, they aren't wearing masks, don't use gloves and I haven't even gotten my food yet, I'm nervous. I ordered the teriyaki chicken w/ white rice asked for chilli for my rice, and teriyaki sauce. The cook brings out the order all packed up, so you expect for all you sauces to be included. NO sauces, the rice is hard, dry, the teriyaki is all dried out. Then I call to ask why I didn't get my sauces, and of course all they can say is I'm sorry! Your sorry, why are you sorry, you don't even bother to check the customers order to make sure all items are there. Not sure what all the rave is about this place, will not be going back, they suck! My fiancé didn't care for his either, same thing no sauces.

First time and meal was not good. We ordered carryout it was pho noodles. When we got home the noodles dry chicken raw beef and cold shrimp were in a box with some bean sprouts and lime which I asked for. I call because I was confused with everything called and I was told that you had to heat the broth up really hot and then put the meat and the shrimp into the broth. I was very uncomfortable at the sanitation of the raw meat with the cooked chicken and the cold slab of noodles. I called the restaurant and double checked and was told yeah that's what you have to do. I really found this rather unappetizing. In addition to my surprise nothing was said on the menu about having cilantro in with the onions. I'm one of those few that cilantro taste like soap. I avoided when I can . I did not even know that it would have been there. Live and learn.

This was my first experience here and it was a great one. We sat down to dine in and had great, fast, and attentive service and the food was terrific. We will definitely return.

I’m not exactly sure if this is the same as other PT Phō locations. Regardless, it’s ok. Arrived and waited a bit standing, staff did greet me but for the place being almost empty, (2-3 other patrons there), I did wait a bit. The spring rolls were good, however, I was a bit surprised they don’t have the mix of shrimp and pork (like most places do). The dipping sauce was more runny than usual but still flavorful. I had the Goi Ga Chicken Salad and that is always delicious: full of flavor, right drinks from the peanuts and right amount. The staff, once seated, was very attentive and very professional.
