My wife and I like to come here for their carne asada burritos & horchata drinks. Normally everything is (mostly) ok except the fact that whoever is taking our orders at the drive thru can't seem to hear us very well whether it be an equipment problem or something else. We came yesterday (04/19/2022) in order to pick up some dinner. We went thru the drive thru and experienced the same usual problem of not being heard correctly when ordering our food. My wife ordered the carne asada quesadilla w/ guac & sour cream...no problem there. I ordered a #1 pollo asada with no beans (because they use lard or pork and we don't eat pork, very bad for you) just rice in place of the beans. We also ordered 2 Large horchata requesting little or no ice. We were told they can't do no ice because the mix already has ice in it. So we asked for as little as possible. They seem to overload the cups with ice and we don't like that. After misquoting our order a few times we thought that everything was in order. We were handed 1 horchata and then the lady closed the window. I waited patiently thinking they were preparing my horchata. Once the window opened up again and I asked for my horchata drink I was told we only ordered one. I was really irritated at this point. I went ahead and reordered my drink as we both vowed we wouldn't come back to this location again. We should have checked the food before pulling off but we assumed everything was good. I was not happy to open my plate to find that half of what I ordered (the rice to replace the beans I can't eat) was replaced by garnish I did not ask for. Seeing that we paid around $31+ for all of our food I didn't think it was a big ask for a little more rice. I didn't want to ruin the time spent with wifey so I didn't return the food, which was my first thought. The service from the work at the drive thru window was poor as well. It was as if she was not happy about the fact that we weren't happy with their service. What did she expect when it was not good plus her attitude? I have worked in customer service and this was not it. We might try another location in the future but we're more likely to try another Mexican food chain. There are too many out here for customers to receive bad service from one in my opinion.

That do not listen to what you ordered and they get rong my husband ordered carne asada fries with no Glock and they put guac on it and then they don't want to pick up the phones bad customer service no consideration for customer satisfaction what so ever so not happy with them

Normally i like this place but today the lady at the drive through... The one that talks aggressively for no apparent reason. She was the one who took my order originally. I realized there was a mistake with the order once I got home and I was halfway through my burrito. I came back to the store with my receipt promptly to exchange the item for the correct item. She didn't believe any mistakes were made and shook her head in disbelief that I insisted that I receive the intended item. I was then presented with a burrito much smaller than I've ever seen come from any Filibertos. Please note, I did take a bite from the new burrito to verify it was chorizo before thinking to take a picture and write this review. I'd estimate the bite took about an inch or less off the end. I really dislike the fact that I have to interact with this person while visiting my favorite food chain. Please fix the grumpy attitude drive through lady. Update 7/23/2021: Grumpy drive through lady still works here and is still grumpy every single time. I'm gonna take a few years off this location and hope she disappears eventually. I'm guessing she's family of management or something because there's no possible way someone with this much attitude could hold a job for as long as I've been visiting this place. I hope she gets the therapy she needs.

Bought a carnitas plate and it was full of leftovers. The Pork was mainly oily fried pieces and was lacking. I’ll go an extra mile to the one on baseline because they are consistent.
