I've been having problems with this store off and on over the last 2 and 1/2 years. My wife and I used to love shopping at Fry's and using their pharmacy and their pharmacy became so engrossed with negligence that we had to stop going there and switch to Walmart now they refuse to replace a broken item that I bought from their store for my child. I have had it up to here with them they are the most worthless people.

Called to confirm when the bakery closed at 3:30p.m. They said to call back at 5p.m. because no one was available. I called at 5 and was told the bakery closed at 9p.m. I called at 6:45p.m. to confirm that they did stay open until 9p.m. and they placed me on hold. I called back after holding for 7 minutes only to be hung up on after I told them I was calling for the bakery. I called a 3rd time and waited 8 minutes on the phone. They could have asked when the bakery closed and told me over the phone instead me waiting on hold. I decided to go in and was told they closed at 8p.m. However, no one was there behind the counter as it was before 8p.m. The manager named Calvin told an associate Luis over the walkie talkie that he didn’t know who Lori was but the bakery closed at 9p.m. As we were leaving a person was sweeping up tons of dust into the air. It did look filthy. No at all a place where groceries should be sold. 🤭

There's 3 people back here... and they are all the slowest people I've ever seen... they do t answer the phone... even when I'm standing in line they don't pick it up... these people need to be fired... I took pictures of the people working... why do you have headphones in your ear at work... when you can't answer the phone???? These people need to be fired

This fry's is quite busy most of the time but it's always seems to have everything thing I need the only real downside is on the weekends it is a packed house with no grocery carts
