They have not enough experienced nurses and staff etc. they injected twice. First injected and said oh, I did on wrong place. Then she 2nd time gave injection. And same thing happened again. They are careless, and we went in emergency but in 8 hours there were not doctors visit for a baby check up after 8 hours we left building, we were do not know that how long time further they required more for doctor’s visits to the patient’s room.

Dr. Buchanon has yet to reach out to me since September 1st after she performed a surgery on me. September 18th I was in the e.r due to complications from that surgery. Reached out to Buchanons team via portal & phone no one ever responded. E.R staff at GBMC tried reaching out to her office but they got the run around. Here we are September 28th Buchanon or her team has yet to reach out to me or the doctors at GBMC that saved my life. Now I have a long road to recovery & my doctor is on vacation. Haaa DO NOT USE BUCHANON she doesn't care about Black patients. My cousin had the same done to her. Buchanon ignores us, ignore our concerns, she's not for US BLACK SISTERS! Now I have to walk around with a pelvic drain due to my doctor's ignorance.

Everyone was amazing. A great experience and they were all awesome. I really appreciate these people and there sacrifice, there love for there job and the care and respect they give to there patients. They probably saved my babies life and I will forever be thankful. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Thank you all. Just amazing.

I honestly really enjoyed this location. The staff was extremely helpful, I’m able to get quick appointments, and If I have any questions the nurse line gets back to me quickly. I really do like this location a lot
