Should have checked my order before driving home. Found that my 3 piece order that I paid nearly $11.00 for actually was a 2 piece! I am not about to drive back.This was my 1st visit to KFC in years! Kinda leaves me with a bad taste!

Worst place to get food from very unorganized don’t give receipts. They did not have a manager on duty on this day no one could answer or fix problems will not come here again. Update was getting better they started listening, but now it’s like they don’t want this job again. I asked for mashed potatoes and t the hey gave me old greasy fries.

WORST KFC I HAVE EVER VEEN IN MY LIFE . I normally don’t share my experience or leave reviews but I felt the need to share with being a resident in laveen for over 10 years. When I walked in there was a door dash driver waiting patiently at the register. The young lady helping grabbed his bags and was swinging them as they hit her knees and dropped a bag on the floor. Picked it up and handed to him still with no apology .She came to the register and asked if we were ready and rolled her eyes and just walked away and said let me know when you are. She had us waiting at the register for 5 minutes then another employee helped us. ( she was kind ) The lady went into the kitchen and started slamming mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese in the bowls banging them and causing a scene. As I was watching her make my food she grabbed my bun and my patty with NO GLOVES NO HAND WASHING NOTHING!! I then asked for a manager and asked if they can have her wear gloves and they told her “ she only put one on “ I feel so bad for her coworkers as all this was happening they were just looking her not understanding why she was acting as such . I WANT NOTHING FREE I just hope the customer service here improves . I would never eat here again . Go to the one on central and baseline . 100% perfect costumer service

I ordered two chicken sandwiches. Then after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes or more I finally get to the drive thru window and pay for my food and then the girl tells me that it not ready yet. It's going to be four more minutes and tells me to pull around to the front and they will bring it out to me. So I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. I could understand if it was a big order but it wasn't. I won't be going there again!
