First time there today and walked in and stood in line and was never asked for my order. A group of ladies walk in and mr bearded boy is quick to help them. Bro I get it they smelled good and were dressed nice but my money spends just as well! Lost a potential customer for life because of that BS! Jack Rabbit Java was quick to help and will have all my business going forward…good luck!

I was excited for this coffee shop because it's local went through the drive-thru got a mediocre experience. Person at the window wasn't very friendly but she may have been having a rough day so I didn't take that into account too much. I got a iced Americano it was definitely underwhelming you guys should definitely work more on pulling good shots because you could tell they were weak. The flavor was not there could definitely get a better one at Starbucks which I don't like to do. Maybe it's due to the beans that they use I'm not sure but there are some good local spots like Union coffee to get great beans and roasting. I hope the quality changes because I would love to support you but for now I'm going to pass maybe I'll try again in the future but it's kind of hard to since I already know two other spots I can go to. The place looks nice though so that's one good thing and you got a good location so hopefully you can bring that quality up.

Great lil gem! Chill atmosphere, friendly staff, healthy smoothies, delicious coffee & tea selection, GF/Vegan munchies, acai bowls, eggie sandwiches, outdoor seating. Stopped here post hike from Victory Steps and treated myself to a tasty smoothie with added spinach and V protein. Came back the next day! love love <3!

Love this place and location! Their teas and specialty drinks are fantastic! All the baked goods I've eaten there are to die for. Just one item that still dissappoints me.... The coffee. To me it continues to taste burned and bitter.😪 I so love coffee and keep trying hoping that it was a bad batch or something. I know many people like the Starbucks taste. I'm just not one of them. Hoping that maybe there's a type of drink that would be smoother. I have not found it yet. Can't say enough about everything else! Unfortunately it's the coffee that's keeping it from 5+ stars Please let me know if there is a coffee drink that is smoother!👍😋
