I would say every other time I come here my drinks are made wrong. I don't even have complicated drinks. The same items I order at another Starbucks, such as simple items straight of the menu, have very inconsistent tastes. The drive through is always a long wait despite it being short. I give two stars mainly because the employees are always friendly and willing to fix any mistakes...which may be why every car is at the window for five minutes. I keep coming back expecting something different...I'm starting to think my relationship with this place is pretty toxic 😅

I have gone to this location several times and order caramel drizzle which is often forgotten. The first few times I let it be and just didn’t bring this up to an employee until it continued happening. I have also ordered other drinks, like the pink drink which was clumpy and did not look right. Needs more quality control!!

Coffee is terrible at this location. I ordered a caramel macchiato a few days ago and it tasted like nothing. Did you put any espresso in it???? Customer service is fair at best. There is always trash around the drive through. Not worth your time or money.
