I went in to browse around and ended up purchasing something to protect the glass on the front. The sales professional was very knowledgeable about the products and very amiable as well. I left there having enjoyed myself. So when I had to come back in to show him that the product had some defects, he almost immediately offered to replace it. Looking back I was probably a little bit of a (mule), but I was only trying to be funny. So if your reading this I do apologize if I seemed rude. Anyway that type of management is what will keep people like me returning again and again.

Total scammers! All I wanted was to buy a new prepaid phone and keep everything the same. I asked for help in switching everything to the new phone. I was switched to a plan, billed for a bunch of stuff I had no idea about and didn't agree to because I had no idea what he was doing! It's been a nightmare for the last 20 days trying to straighten out all the damage he did, besides costing me double what I was paying before. After 16 years, I'm not going to be a Verizon customer anymore!

Stopped by today to upgrade my phone and watch. I was helped by Evan and Dylan and they were fantastic. They did have a difficult customer as I was arriving and they both handled it very professionally. It was a bit slow to switch over my phone, but that is to be expected with a data transfer. Overall, great customer service from the gentlemen working. I'll definitely be recommending this store for people in buckeye wanting excellent customer service.

Stopped in to inquire about upgrading our phones. We were met by the store manager who took his time explaining the pricing for purchasing new phones. Once we decided, Dylan took over and set up our phones in a very professional and friendly manner. Dylan offered us GREAT customer service. We also worked with Bo as well, and both reps were very nice, professional and offered great customer service. We are blessed to live near by because if we need help, we know we are in good hands with the staff and manager at this location. Great job guys!
