I went there at 3pm on 5/2 and hair dresser told me she was booked for entire day. I actually saw the sign saying walk ins accepting and thought she will take me. I am going there for 2 years and have been treated better and with some respect but I am not going back after yesterday. I wanted to ask her how she is sure the next appointment person will show up 100% and if she has any other suggestions. I thought her behavior was very unprofessional.
